In addition to showing you pictures of my new landscaping, I want to talk a little about what changes I made and why. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
| Like the pot, but love the golden barrel cactus cluster. Very rare, this one has 14 heads. It stands about 18" tall and 24" across. This will be a focal point in the front yard. The pot will stay on the patio and be filled with a dwarf fountain grass and portulaca. | |

Related to the Prickly Pear, this variety is called Joseph's Coat. You can see why. According to the books, it changes color with the seasons. I'm really looking forward to seeing the transformations. |

Same csactus, different angle. It's grown some in the past month. |
| We left this cactus in the pot, because it looks really nice there, and I haven't decided where I want to put it in the yard. I may decide to leave it on this cart. I can add ivy and other non succulents to finish the look. If I plant it in the yard, it can get really big. So, I need to pick my spot carefully. | |
| The Pinal County Sheriff's Office deputy across the street offered us some of his agaves. What a gorgeous addition to our yard. | |
| About $200 worth of plants, and he even helped plant them. All for free! This one stands about 3 feet tall. It can grow to about 10-12 feet tall. | |
| The other "big" ones. I planted several smaller ones in a pot for a friend. And, I have three big root sections that the neighbor says will produce several plants. Not sure if I need any more. But, we'll see. |
