On-Line Gardening References
While I am very happy to help you with your gardening needs, I am certainly not an expert in the needs of all areas of the world (not even all of North America or all of the Pacific Northwest!!). To help you better find the best answers for YOUR garden, and since some of the universities aren't really easy to navigate, you might try some of the following on-line references I have researched for you. Don't be afraid to wander through any links you think might be helpful. Each reference link is set up to show in a separate browser window, allowing you to easily return to this page. Just close the additional browser window when you've finished exploring that particular site. As you find other references that belong here, drop me a note, and I will happily add the link to this page. With your help, this page can become one of the best sources for on-line gardening help on the internet. Visit our bookstore for take-home references.
One of your best resources for localized help is your local Master Gardener groups. MGs are active in every state and in some of the Canadian Provinces. These volunteers truly want to help you have the happiest experiences with your gardening efforts. They are trained in the special problems of your area and can be your best resource for finding the solutions to your problem pests and the answers to your "what should I do now" questions. Don't be afraid to call on them. They are some of the greatest people in the world.

NOTE: I want this page to be helpful to you, but I have found it very time-consuming and seemingly futile to try to keep this updated on a regular basis. Therefore, I only update specific states when requested. If you are trying to get to your state's sites and find broken links, please let me know, and I will be happy to get them fixed within a week. This will allow others searching for the same information to find it more easily. I apologize for the inconvenience.
